Mr William JUDSON , of Fern Hill, Knotts Wood, who died on September 29th last, left estate of the gross value of £1,749.1s.0d, with net personality sworn at £1,734.1s.

Administration with will annexed of the estate of Mrs. Maria UTTLEY , widow of Mr. Edward G. Uttley of Northwell, who died at Longsite on the 17th November 1905, was granted to her son Mr. Hubert Edward Uttley of 3, Kensington Avenue, Victoria Park, Manchester, hardware manufacturer, who has sworn the value of the property at £1,799. 19s. 9d gross, and £1,739. 12s. 7d net.

Mr. Thomas SUTCLIFFE of 38 Nutfield, Todmorden, who died on the 19th December last, left estate of the gross value of £1,040. 18s 7d, of which the net personality has been sworn at £745. 18s 10d.

Mr. Henry PATCHETT of Acre Villas, Mytholmroyd, who died last January, appointed his brother Mr. Robert Patchett of 33, Rockhouse Street, Liverpool, his sister Miss Sarah Hannah Patchett of the Post Office, Luddenden Foot, the executors, by whom the estate is returned at £13,308. 2s gross, and £398. 5s 6d net.

Mr. James MOSS of Ewood Court. Mytholmroyd, senior partner in the firm of Moss Bros., Fustian Manufacturers of Hebden Bridge, who died on February 26th last aged 55 years. Left estate valued at £23,498. 2s 5d gross, and £19,638. 3s 11d net.

The will of the late Mrs. John A. INGHAM of The Shaw, Todmorden, has just been proved and the amount at which it has been sworn is given at £4,881.

Mr. Joshua SMITH J.P. of Arncliffe, Half Edge Lane, Eccles, head of the firm of Joshua Smith Limited, Cotton Manufacturers, Frostholme Mill, Todmorden, also of Manchester, Liverpool and Bradford, who died on April 19th left £86,118.

The will of Mr. John NIGHTINGALE of 7, Brookfield Terrace, Brighton Street, Cornholme, near Todmorden, who died on the first of June last, has been proved by the widow and sole executrix. Mrs. Sarah Jane Nightingale at £743. 1s 3d gross, and £713. 1s 3d net.

Mr. Amos MARSHALL of Bankfoot House, who died on March 15th last, left estate of the gross value of £1,170. 16s 9d with net personality of £593. 12s.

Probate of the will of Mr. Robert Crossley GREENWOOD of 29, Joshua Street, Todmorden, who died February 28th last has been granted to the widow, Mrs. Mary Greenwood and her sons, Mr. John Henry Greenwood of 45, Joshua Street and Mr. Wilson Greenwood of Bank View House, Todmorden, the executors, by whom the property is returned at £1,969. 12s 6d including £1,916. 5s 2d net estate.

The will of the late Mr. Henry CHADWICK of Henshaw Road, Walsden, was proved in September last, the estate being returned by the executors at £662. 10s 4d gross, and £496. 1s 10d net.

The will of Mr. Thomas COCKCROFT of 5, Cockden Hill, Todmorden, who died on 31st October, was proved by his son Mr. John Cockcroft, the surviving executor, who has returned the total value of the property at £1,037. 19s 9d, of which £812. 3s 3d is net personality.
