Ancestry.com Message Board: Blackford Co., IN; CASTERLINE, LENA - 1976 OBIT Author: Peggy Karol Date: 3 Oct 2000 Transcriber's note: Aaron Casterline was the son of John Casterline and Eliza Wixon. An excerpt from Aaron Casterline's obit " Aaron Casterline was born May 13, 1838. He was married in young manhood to Lydia Townsend. To this union four children were born. The oldest child dying in childhood and the youngest died upon reaching manhood. Mr Casterline moved to Nebraska for his wife's health in 1877 but she died in 1878. He was married again in 1881. His second wife died leaving four children. She died as a result of childbirth when her twin boy and girl were born. Since that time the family has been separated. Two daughter are now living in Nebraska. Two sons in Salt Lake and a daughter here. One sister in Indiana. He has 12 grandchildren, 3 great-grand children (age 89)."
