Blowers - Shirley Loomis Blowers, 63, wife of Roy E. Blowers, Sr. of Sylvan Beach, died Tuesday, July 1, 1997. Funeral services will be held 10 am Saturday from the Campbell-Dean Funeral Home, Oneida. Interment will be made in Fish Creek Landing Cemetery.
