Vienna - Isaac Wheeler, an old and well-known resident of this place, is very low with a complication of diseases. About a year ago he was a sufferer from Dropsey. After consulting with physicians he found relief. Last January Mr. W. commenced suffering from a second attack from which he could get no relief. He continued a great sufferer until some time in April when the dropsical difficulty gave way and heart disease and consumption set in. Mr. W. has apparently been dying a score of times, but still lives, lying in a stupor most of the time.
