This cemetery is located on the abandoned Reilly Road, north of Glenmore, in the town of Annsville. The Reilly Road is a dirt road off the Glenmore Road, just north of the Glenmore Reservoir, and the cemetery is located about 300 feet down Reilly Road, on the south side of the road. It is accessable by car, depending on the time of year. The cemetery is not maintained and brush and weeds hide many of the stones.Daniel Miller came to this area from Granville, Massachusetts in 1804 and settled on the farm later occupied by John Wiffin. His brother Eliakim Miller came in 1814, purchased the farm and lived there until he died. He donated the land for this cemetery. Mr. Miller was a veteran of the Revolutionary War, and he, along with other veterans, is buried here. There are over fifty burials here, many with only a field stone to mark the grave.
The gate near the entrance of this cemetery reads "Whiffen Cemetery 1800". The oldest stone found dates to 1824 and the most recent was 1893.
The stones were copied by Kathleen Last and Virginia Ackerman on August 27, 1999.
