Moulton Family Cemetery

This small family cemetery is located on Rte. 365 in Floyd, on the old Moulton homestead. Salmon Moulton, along with his father and brothers, were early settlers in what later became the Town of Floyd, arriving there about 1795. There are three tombstones enclosed in the fenced in area. One is only the top portion of the stone, with no name visible. The cemetery is well maintained. The tombstones were transcribed by Kathleen Last and Virginia Ackerman on April 14, 2003.

Moulton, Elizabeth, consort of Salmon Moulton, died May 2, 1852 age 65 yrs
Moulton, Susan, consort of Salmon Moulton, died in Floyd Dec. 27, 1831 age 71 yrs (this stone is badly worn)
