Grandpa Reddick was in the nursing home at Checotah Ok. when he become sick and was taken to the Wagoner hospital where he died. Dianna said her mother quit her job and went to work at the nursing home so she could be sure of the quality of care he recived. Dianna and her brother Paul, remember Reddick with fond memories. He was over 70 when they first knew him. Dianna remembers him as always being there for them if they had problems. He would look in his bible for an answer for them and they recived a sermon also. She remembers him walking uptown to get his mail. he refused to let his mail be delivered to the farm. ( note ) Richard was in the Washington D.
