There are 11 (eleven) books.. You may just want to check all the lists because even though someone did not apply for a delayed birth certificate they may have been the person who signed the affidavit and it tells you were they were living at that time. Some of the records refer back to the Births that are also on this site from the Birth Registers (this is noted as Docket 1 or Docket 2) as some of the people who were put in as not named or no name and it states that on their delayed birth certificate. I also scanned an acutal certificate and took out all the information to make a blank certificate so that you can see what kind of information was asked.
