Un-Connected Treloars

The Treloars and their families that appear under this listing have so far remained un-related.  I would love to be able to associate them with other families.  If you find someone here that you know of, please contact me (see below) and please pass on all that you can so I can re-write their pages.

Jane TRELOAR, b. Camborne, m. 1 May 1845, pos. Camborne, Joseph PEARCE. Came to Dodgeville, Iowa County, Wisconsin, 14 July 1845; stayed 1st 3 mo. with Henry PRIDEAUX family. Kenneth TRELOAR, served aboard the USS Bache in W.W. II , a very
close friend of Chuck Conoly. Kenneth gave his life for his country, when the ship was hit by a suicide plane. His wife Zetta Chapel Treloar gave birth to a daughter after Kenneth was killed in action. Chuck has tried for years to locate Zetta to see how she and the baby were doing but have never found her. This baby girl would be around fifty-seven years old today. Kenneth and Zetta were from Big Rapids, MI. but during the war Zetta moved with her family to Ardmore, OK where the baby was born. Chuck Conoly
Mary TRELOAR, m. 15 November 1854, pos. Mineral Point, J. C. HOCKING. Came to Mineral Point 1836, with parents, 18 mo. old. Children: Wm. J., Joseph F., Llewellyn, Benjamin H., Amelia A., Bertha May and Mabel Jane - all born Dodgeville. Ref: Butterworth, p. 889.
Mary Martha TRELOAR m 22 Feb 1868 Lonan, Isle Of Man, England, to George William KELLY. Mary Martha is probably connected to the family of John Treloar and Charlotte KELLY. I would appreciate any confirmation of this.

The information contained on these pages has been primarily based on information from the book Treloar Genealogy by Orson Lee Treloar and may have been updated from information in the book Treloar History 1522 - 2004 by Peter Treloar and Patricia Taggart.  The 4 digit number to the left of a person's name is the number they appear as in the latest book. To see Orson's research notes you should order the film from your nearest LDS centre.  Other information has been passed on from fellow researchers and from my own research.   Please contact me if you have anything to add or alter.  I hope you find these pages helpful.
