Tri-State Genealogical Society

           WY-MON-DAK  Messenger

The purpose of this page to assist individuals searching for ancestors who resided in the so-called Tri-State area.  This area encompasses the land around the junction of South Dakota, Wyoming, and Montana and includes:  Crook County, WY; Carter County, MT; Butte and Harding Counties in SD, as well as parts of Perkins, Meade, and Lawrence Cos. in South Dakota.  We would like this Home Page to be as useful and informative as possible.
The Society meets at the Belle Fourche Public Library the 4th Thursday of each month, except Nov.  Everyone is welcome!
