Margery D. Rozman (Spletter), age 7 1, of New Holstein, died on wed., Feb. 23, 2000 at the Theda Clark Regional Medical Center in Neenah. She was bom on Aug. 3, 1928 in New Holstein, daughter of the late Paul and Esther aiintz) Spietter Sr. She married James Rozman on July 2, 1949 in Hopkinsville, KY. She was a member of St. Martin Lutheran Church in Chilton, the V.F.W. Au@dhary, where she served as president for many years. She enjoyed many years of cAe decorating for family and friends. She taught cake decorating at Chilton High School, and to the Campfire Girls & Brownie Troops in Chilton and Stockbridge. Survivors include her husband James; three daughters, Susie (Ken) Mielke, Nancy (Duane) Ermer, Jamie Rozman. six grandchildren, Shawn, Leaha, Evan, Chad, Justin. and Ryan, five sisters,
Doris (Bob) Powel, Marion Bowe, Shirley (Dar-le) Blade, Sandy (Edwin) Cunningham, Barbara (Ronald) Forstner; four brothers, Paul (Mary Jo) Spletter Jr., Lee (Cheri) Spletter, Donald Spletter, Elroy (Esther) Spietter; many nieces and nephews. She was also pre- ceded in death by a sister Betty Spletter.
Funeral scrives were held on Sat., Feb. 26, 2000 at St. Martin Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Wayne Huebner officiating. Burial followed in the Hillside Cemetery.

Helen Maas, age 79, of Chilton, died on Sat., Feb. 26, 2000, at the Calumet Medical Center in Chilton. She was born April 28, 1920 in the Town of Maine, Outaganiie County, daughter of the late George Buet and Hazel (McCoy) Stedjee. Helen married Hubert M. Maas on Oct. 5, 1949 in the Town of Maine, Outagarnie County. He preceded her in death on Oct. 9, 1994. She farmed with her husband in Kewaunee and Oconto Counties. She was later employed by the Foley Co. in Chilton until the time of her retirement. Helen loved poetry, quilting, baking, gardening, African vio- lets, and her family. She also loved peo- ple, visiting and corresponding with
family and friends. She was member of Peace United Church of Chirst in Potter.
She is survived by nine children, Jonathan (Karen) Maas of Kaukauna, David Maas of Hinsdale, IL, Neil Maas of Appleton, Janet (Keith) Stecker of Hilbert, Kenneth (Shelby) Maas, of Falling Waters, W.VA, Patricia (James) Schaff@r of Hilbert, James Maas of Wisconsin Rapids, Rosanne (Lyle) Karls of Jericho, and Robin (Jarrod) Thomas of Fayetteville, AR-, 27 grandchildren, six great grandehidren, a sister, Alice (Darryll) Brugger of Shiocton, a brother, Gordon (Bernice) Stedjee of Black Creek; and three sisters-in-law, Rose Captain of Appleton, Evelyn Maas of Madison, and Rachel Maas, of maribel. She was also preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Marilyn Maas.
, three sisters-in-law, Elsie (Paul) Johnson, Bernice Maas and Lillian (Leroy) Knoespel; and three brothers-in-law, John Maas, George Maas, Constant Captain.
Funeral services were on Wed., March 1, 2000 at Peace United Church of Christ in potter with the Rev. Marc Axelrod as offlciant. Spring burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Chilton.

Helen Meetz, age 85, of Calumet Homestead, formerly of BriMon, died on Sat., Feb. 26, 2000 at Calumet Medical Center in Chilton. She was born July 10, 1914 in the Town of Brillion, daugh- ter of the late Charles and Lillian (Knoespel) Zick. One June 10, 1936, she inarried William Meetz, Jr. at Briffion. Helen was a member of Rural Brillion United Methodist Church.
Survivors include six sons and daughters-in-law, Conrad and Grace, Brillion, Otis and Sandy, Appleton, Silas and Karen, Appleton, Jewel and Judy, Brillion, Joyce and Chris, Clarks Mills, Royal and Debbie, Brillion, and three daughters and two sons-in-law, Jeanie Kolocheski, Mesa, AZ, Alicia and Jim Kirby, De Pere, Roxanne and Tom 10einheim, Beave Dam, 26 grandchil- dren and 28 great gran&hldren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband William on March 6, 1989, an infant daughter, a son-in-law, a grand daughter-in-law, three grandchildren, and a sister Norma Loefer.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Feb. 29, 2000 at II a.m. at Rural Brillion United Methodist Church. The Rev. Jeff Uhler was offl- ciant. Burial will be in the Brimon Town Cemetery.
