Macco

Mrs. Marie Macco, 82, Rt. 1, De Pere, died Saturday afternoon at the home of her daughter. The daughter of the late Germaine and Rose (Deviley) Fabry was born June 22, 1897 in Duck Creek, Wis. and lived in this area all her life. John and Marie Macco owned and operated the J.J. Macco General Merchandise Store in Sugar Bush, Wis. from 1930 to 1960. She was a member of the De Pere Catholic Women's Club and the St. Francis Ladies Society.
She is survived by two sons, James, Green Bay, Donald De Pere; three daughters, Mrs. Anthony (Dorothy Jane) Cappelle, Rt. 1, De Pere, Mrs. Warren (Mary) Todd, Mrs. Victor (Joan) Karnopp, both of Green Bay; 29 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and one brother, Eugene Fabry, Milwaukee. She was preceded in death by her husband, John, in 1970 and three brothers, Al, Fred and Peter Fabry.
Visitation will be at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N. Webster Ave., De Pere, from 2 to 9 p.m. today, with a Catholic Women's Club rosary at 7:30 p.m. and parish rosary at 8 p.m. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Francis Church, De Pere, with Rev. Tom Golden officiating. Burial will be in the Allouez Cemetery.

Eckert

Earl E. Eckert, 69, 824 William Charles Court, died Friday evening at a local convalescent home. Mr. Eckert was born July 20, 1910 in Oconto to the late Mr. and Mrs. Edward Eckert. He was employed by Gateway Transportation for 27 years, retiring in 1970. He was a member of Washington Lodge No. 21, F & A M.
Survivors include his wife, Camilla; one daughter, Mrs. Lloyd (Doris) Paluch, Oconto; one stepson, Richard Campshure, Appleton; one stepdaughter, Mrs. James (Barbara) Wicker, Green Bay; three sisters, Mrs. Alice Belongia, Mrs. Mabel Vandenack and Mrs. Beatrice Heroux, Green Bay; 11 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at Grace Presbyterian Church at 11 a.m. today. Funeral services will be held at I p.m. Monday at the church, Rev. William Osick officiating. Burial will be in Brookside Cemetery. Lyndahl Funeral Home was is charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Ernest (Virginia) Smith, 69, 4786 County Line Road, Seymour, died Saturday morning in a local hospital. She was the daughter of Sherman and Abbie Coulon and was born Jan. 16, 191 1, in the Town of Hobart. On Nov. 7, 1931, she married Ernest Smith, who preceded her in death on March 10, 1976. She was employed at Larson Canning Company and Orchard for many years and did private housekeeping in area homes. Virginia was a member of the Oneida Singers, the Altar Guild of Holy Apostles Episcopal Church and the Oneida Helpers Society.
Survivors include two sons, Myron, De Pere, and Carlton, Oneida; one daughter,
Mrs. Lois Doran, Green Bay; nine grand- children; one great-grandchild; two sisters, Mrs. VanRoy (Rosetta) Thomas, De Pere, Emily Coulon, Oneida, and an uncle, Zeke Coulon, Kansas. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Howard, Jake and Dennuim, and one sister, Inez.
Friends may call after 7 tonight at the Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N. 10th St., De Pere. Visitation will include the Oneida Singers. A prayer service will be held at 8 tonight. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Apostles Church, Oneida, with Rev. Paul Cheek officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Boyd

John J. Boyd, 81, 1304 Fort Howard Ave., De Pere, died Saturday morning. He was born April 7, 1898 in Lancaster County, Pa. Mr. Foyd lived in this area for the past 30 years. Prior to retirement, he owned and operated the Boyd Motor Company in Mineral Point, Wis. He was preceded in death by his wife, Emily, on March 15,1973. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church of De Pere.
Survivors include one sister, Miss Amanda Boyd, Lancaster, Pa.; four nieces, Mrs. William (Jean) Martens, Green Bay, Mrs. Edward (Iva) Lillge, Wilton, Iowa, Mrs. Roy (Marion) Green, Peshtigo, and Mrs. Eric (Helen) Swenson, Chicago, and three nephews, LeRoy W. Empey and James Jeffrey, both of Green Bay, and Lester Witkoske, Peshtigo.
Private services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Findeisen-Greiser Funeral Home with Rev. Chester Nerenhausen officiating. Entombment will be in the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum.

Kryzanek

Macey E. Kryzanek, 77, 666 Reid St., De Pere, died at home Sunday morning.

Sorensen

Bernard Sorensen, 73, 623 Melrose Ave., died Sunday afternoon at home. Born Dec. 3, 1906 in Green Bay to the late John and Mary Sorensen, he married the former Daurice Cartier Nov. 14, 1931. He owned the Sorensen Insurance Agency and was manager of the Northern Credit Union for 40 years, retiring in 1973. He was a member and past master of Washington Lodge No. 21, F & A M. He was also a member of the Warren Chapter No. 8 RAM, the Palestine Commandery No. 20 KT, the Nazerine Shrine No. 8, the AARP, the Retired Men's Club at the YMCA and was past president of the Y's Men's Club.
He is survived by his wife; one daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. James (Roberta) Fiene, Racine; two grand- daughters, Pauline and Elizabeth Fiene; one sister, Mrs. John (Irma) Eldeski, Hendersonville, N.C. He was preceded in death by one brother, Harold, and one sister, Ethel Scheid.

Libal

Gerhardt A. Libal, 75, 213 Schwartz St., died Saturday at a local nursing home. The son of the late Steven and Rose Libal was born in Lena. He married the former Audrey Resler June 29,1929. Mr. Libal owned and operated a sheet metal and plumbing shop in Luxemburg until his retirement 27 years ago.
He is survived by his wife; two sons, Gary and Keith, Green Bay; four grandchildren; one brother, Maurice, Green Bay; five sisters, Mrs. Milton (Mildred) Thibodeau, Green Bay, Mrs. Lester (Blanche) Lokker, Sheboygan, Miss Elaine Libal, State of Washington, Mrs. Edmund (Esther) Leanna, Kewaunee, Mrs. Earl (Lillian) Kuehl, Kewaunee. He was preceded in death by one son, James, and one brother, Leon.
