Geniesse


Diana A. Geniesse, 78, formerly of 1204 Lark St., died Sunday at a local nursing home. The former Diana A. Storzer was born Feb. 5, 1902 in Milwaukee to the late Peter and Anna Nooker Storzer. She had been a Green Bay resident for the past 15 years. She married Ralph B. Geniesse in 1925 at St. John Church in Green Bay.
She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Fenton (Ione) Bender , Suamico; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her
husband, Ralph, in 1954 and by her parents. Friends may call at Pfotenhauer Funeral Home, Howard, from 8 am. until 10:30 a.m. today. The funeral will be 11 a.m. today at St. John the Baptist Church, Howard, with Father Martin Machovee officiating. Burial in Allouez Catholic Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established.


Sorensen


Bernard Sorensen, 73, 623 Melrose Ave., died Sunday at home. He was born Dec. 3, 1906 in Green Bay to the late Mr. and Mrs. John Sorensen and married the former Daurice Cartier on Nov. 14, 1931. Mr. Sorensen operated the Sorensen Insurance Agency and -was manager of the Northern Credit Union for 40 years until his retirement in 1973. He was a member of Washington Lodge No. 21 F&AM and was a past-master, member of Warren Council 13 RAM, Warren Chapter No. 8 R&SM, the Palestine Commandery No. 20 KT, the Nazarene Shrine No. 8, the AARP, and the Retired Men's Club of the YMCA. He was a past-president of the Y's Men's Club.
Survivors are his wife, Daurice; one daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. James (Roberta) Fience, Racine; one sister, Mrs. John (Irma) Lodeski, Hendersonville, N.C.; two granddaughters, Pauline and Elizabeth Fience. He was preceded in death by one brother, Harold, and one sister, Ethel Scheide.
Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Lyndahl Funeral Home.


Kryzanek


Macey E. Kryzanek, 77, 666 Reid St., De Pere, died Sunday morning at his home after a long illness. He was born Feb. 18, 1902 in Green Bay to the late Antone and Catherine Kryzanek. On May 4, 1933 he married the former Rita Brunner in St. Mary of the Angels Church in Green Bay. Mr. Kryzanek was employed as a mechanic for Wisconsin Public Service for 35 years until retirement in 1965. He was a member of Wisconsin Public Ser- vice Quarter Century Club.
Survivors are his wife, Rita; two daughters, Mavis Kryzanek, Jefferson, Janet and Donald Pollack, De Pere; one grandson, Matthew Pollack; five sisters, Mrs. Helen Clark, Allouez, Mrs. Tillie Bierbasz, Milwaukee, Mrs. Walter (Clara) Longard, Mountain, Mrs. Irene Hansen, Green Bay, Mrs. Joseph (Madge) Kasperek, Iola; two brothers, Paul, Lilly, and Lawrence, Green Bay. He was preceded in death by five brothers and four sisters.
Friends may call at Ryan Funeral Home, De Pere, after 3 p.m. today. A wake service will be held at 8 this evening. The funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Boniface Church, De Pere, with the Rev. Gerald Kempen officiating. Entombment will be in Allouez Mausoleum. A memorial fund has been established.
