John Travis Pension Increase

H.R. 13755. John Travis, jr., aged 69 years, served as a private in Companies G and D, Fourteenth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, from July 29,1863, to September 15, 1865 (2 years 1 month and 16 days), and is now a pensioner under the act of June 27, 1890, at $12 per month for rheumatism, disease of lungs, and general debility.

He was formerly pensioned under the act of July 14, 1862, at $8 per month by reason of disease of stomach (indigestion), result of chronic diarrhea.
