"William Cooper, a highly respected farmer living about six miles north of this city, near Beeson's Station, Wayne county, who has been a sufferer from heart disease for some time past, died Saturday morning, aged sixty-eight years. The deceased was a pioneer, having lived in the county for over fifty years."
