This local history museum in a one-room brick schoolhouse (c. 1848)
contains photographs, costumes, farm tools, household utensils, items associated
with Vernon, and school items. The society has also restored the Pond Road
Chapel, built in 1869, which is used for special events. Activities include
Memorial Day exercises and lectures. Contact Person: Mary Jo Campisi, President.
Hours and Admission: June through September Sundays 2-4pm. Donations welcomed.
