Cresson Public School built (Keystone & 4^th St.). An addition in 1912. Most commonly remember as the high school

Cresson borough organized, Sankertown borough established

Volunteer Fire Company established, St. Francis Xavier Church established on Powell Ave.

St. John's Orphanage for boys established

New railroad station built east of the Pike

Cresson State Sanitorium for Tuberculosis built

Mountain House torn down
