The Watercolour and Oil painting classes are tutored by Jocelyn George. Jocelyn studied at the West of England School of Art & Design and Redland Training College. She is an accomplished Watercolourist, Oil Painter and Silk-Screen Printer.

Jocelyn has gained a reputation for sympathetic teaching, putting novices completely at ease and offering constructive advise to the more experienced painter.

All of the classes are limited to a maximum of twelve students. This ensures that each student receives individual tuition, enabling the tutors to develop individuals as individuals, and at the students own pace.

Demonstrations, on a one to one basis, as well as class demonstrations are an important part of the tutors teaching, however, it is patience and practice that are the key words for successful art.

All the classes are open to students of any ability. Experience has proved that mixed ability classes are beneficial to both the beginner and the advanced.
