Lived all over the place. First two children b Charlestown. To Watertown, then to Lancaster in 1661 or 1662, then to WAtertown, 1670-74. He died in Sudbury, probably living with his son Elnathan. DOB based on settlement of his estate and not Savage. Sometimes confused with Dr. DAnie l Allen of Boston, who died May 7 1694. Daniel married Mary, daughter of Rev. John Sherman, third minister of Watertown, who left her a bequest in 1685, which proves that Daniel was not remarried in 1664 to Mary Wilder of Lancaster.
