Allen reunion reports list Charles as a son of Lizzie Booth Readio, though none of the genealogies list him. He lived in Devon, Connecticut, in 1948. Hard to imagine how someone named Fraleigh would have been at the Allen family reunions if not a child of Lizzie, since she had no sons who wore the name Fraleigh. 1900 census, under Farleigh, does not have him. 1910 census has John married to Irene, and does not list any of his or Lizzie's children.
