General Notes (Husband)

One of three children baptized in the Salem church.

Mount Desert Pioneer (Darryl Rowles) says he had no children by first marriage.

Had date of death that cannot be right. 22 Jun 1667/1668. This could conceivably be the death date of a son Daniel who died before the son who came to be named Daniel and was born a year later.

I also have a death date for him of 1675.

He was a deacon of the Puritan church and also constable of Wenham.

Dismissed to the church in Lynn April 12, 1682. He was until that time a member of the Wenham Congregationalist church.

Torres, MA Marriages to 1700, says the marriage to Mary didn't happen, it was an incorrect listing in Wenham. It was cross listed in Lynn and Wenham.
