General:

Supposed to have been brother of Anthony. He may have come from London in 1635, aged 28. He was one of four Harris's who were among first settlers of Rowley, Essex, MA, and had houses of two acres each (apparently alot), adjoining each other. He had six children, die din Rowley, 1695.

Settled at Rowley, MA, where a house-lot was assigned to him in 1643-44. A "cousin of the Rev. N. Rogers of Ipswich". Had children EZekiel, Nathaniel, John, and Mary. " Son Rowley born 1649, son Thoams b there 1651, son Timonthy b 1657. Daughter Mary married ___ Allen.
