Mary and Sarah were actually born to Nicholas' second wife.. (I wasn't going through the effort of relinking them.)
Nicholas was in Dorchester, Massachusetts as early as 1640, from which time he carried on Mr. Glover's farm until the death of Mr. Glover in 1654.
