At the June 1818 term of the Court of Please and Quarter Sessions, John Reel, David Whitford, Elijah Callaway, and Evan Jones were appointed commissioners to allot to Peggy, the widow of Caleb Toler, one year's provisions for herself and family. The year's allowance was returned and confirmed at the Septemeber 1818 term. He John Reel and David Whitford audited the accounts of the administrator of Caleb Toler on 12 May 1824 at Craven County, North Carolina. He (an unknown value).

     Mary Toler was born circa 1790? She married Evan Jones on 18 April 1810 at Craven County, North Carolina.¹ Mary Toler married Moses Everenton on 13 May 1817 at Craven County, North Carolina.¹ Mary Toler was living in 1860 in the household of Stephen G. Barrington. She died between 1860 and 1870.

      Margaret Daw was also known as Peggy Daw.
