In the mid 1800s, the name was changed to Tiblow, after long time area resident Henry Tiblow of the Delaware nation. Several of his descendants, including Charles and Barbara TIBLOW, Dwayne and Janice TIBLOW, Ed and Judy (TIBLOW) DATY [all of Skiatook, OK], Lloyd and Betty (TIBLOW) GEORGE of Tulsa, OK, and Mack and Charlene McCAWLEY of Broken Arrow OK, attended the 1998 Centenniel for Bonner Springs. You can make reservations at Great Wolf Lodge resort, or elsewhere in Kansas City, KS 5/4/3: Tornado stories: "Into the Eye of the Storm", "The Cruelest Month", "Trail of Ruin", "Clearing the Debris" Fall 2002: Wal*Mart Supercenter opened. Old store across K7 later occupied by Good Will Industries. 5/31/1: Kansas Speedway opened. North of I-70 (110 Street exit); west of 435 (State Avenue exit) 4/27/1: Kansas once again rejected video gaming at the Woodlands as a way to increase state revenue. (KC Star) Spring 2000: State plans for Kansas 7/Interstate 70 interchange (KC Star, 6/8/0) were cancelled, due to lack of state funds. |
