Hannah Haysome, my great great great grandmother married William Franklin 18 Feb 1834 at Burghclere, Hampshire, England.  Their eldest son Henry went to Queensland Australia.  Go to the Franklin page for photos of their descendants.

As well as Hannah's sister, Sarah & family, many of her relatives also migrated to Australia going to Victoria and Western Australia; some settled in South Australia.  Below are a few photos of these relatives and a collection of photos from the Haysom & Crocker families courtesy of P. Young.  If anyone can identify any of these Pat would be very appreciative

Hannah's youngest sister, Harriet, migrated to Canada with her husband John White and family about 1875 beginning a dynasty there.  Some of their photos are to be found here too with many thanks to G. & B. Graham.

Hannah's brother, William Haysome, married her husband's sister, Mary Ann Franklin.  Below is a photo of one of their sons, George, as well as some of their grandchildren and great grandchildren, children of son Charles & Elizabeth Haysome.

The Haysome surname comes in many variations in the records - Haysom, Heysome, Haysum, Hayson - to name a few.

For further information on each go to the name database.
