Death of Dr. Fulton

A telegram has been received in Iola announcing the sudden death this morning in the home of his son at Long Beach, California, of Dr. A.J. Fulton. Funeral arrangements have not yet been announced.

Dr. Fulton was one of the pioneer physicians and surgeons of Iola and for many years enjoyed a large practice here and was highly esteemed as a useful and public spirited citizen. Several years ago on account of failing health he retired from the practice of his profession and removed to California where he made his home with his son Harold. The Register hopes to publish an adequate sketch of his life and of his public services in a later issue.
