Sarah Sharpe was born circa 1759 at Cecil Co, Maryland. She was the daughter of Thomas Sharpe Jr and Elizabeth Gillespie. Sarah Sharpe married John Reid on 27 September 1782. Sarah Sharpe died in 1834 at Iredell Co, North Carolina. She was buried at Unity Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Lincoln Co, North Carolina.
