Sarah Martha Cloer was born on 25 May 1850 at Iredell Co, North Carolina. She died on 31 August 1932 at Sharpsburg, Iredell Co, North Carolina, at age 85; death certificate, Vol 18, page 247 (1932), Vital Statistics Iredell Co. She was buried on 1 September 1932 at Trinity Methodist Church, Statesville, Iredell Co, North Carolina.
     She appeared on the census of 29 April 1910 at Concord Twp, Iredell Co, North Carolina; Sarah Cloer, 59, said she had one marriage, and one child, still living. She was living with her only son, "Bammer W. Cloer" and his wife Carrie Myers.³
