Katherine Victoria Cloer

     Katherine Victoria Cloer was born on 20 August 1860 at Iredell Co, North Carolina.¹ She was the daughter of Falls Washington Cloer and Almeda Sharpe. Katherine Victoria Cloer married William Lambert, son of Philip Lambert, on 28 December 1887 at Concord Twp, Iredell Co, North Carolina.² Katherine Victoria Cloer died on 21 February 1950 at Statesville, Iredell Co, North Carolina, at age 89.¹ She was buried on 23 February 1950 at Trinity Methodist Church Cemetery, Statesville, Iredell Co, North Carolina.¹
     She appeared on the census of 23 April 1910 at Concord Twp., Iredell Co, North Carolina; Victoria, a widow aged 55 years, was living with her son, James and his new wife, Minerva. She was still caring for her younger children: Dora, 14 and Ronnie, 8. Victoria had borne four children three still living. Along the census page it indicated they were living "on the waters of Sharpe Creek".³
