     Alice Nancy Cloer was born illegitimate on 16 September 1879 at Iredell Co, North Carolina.1 She was the daughter of Sarah Martha Cloer. Alice Nancy Cloer married Charles Wesley Jenkins, son of William R. Jenkins and Delilah Whittock, on 20 February 1898 at Iredell Co, North Carolina; They took out a license for marriage in Iredell County -- it was reported on 22 February 1898 in The Landmark.2 Alice Nancy Cloer died on 20 September 1953 at Statesville, Iredell Co, North Carolina, at age 74.1 She was buried on 27 September 1953 at Trinity Methodist Church, Statesville, Iredell Co, North Carolina.1
