     Ann Black was born on 14 February 1771 at North Carolina.1 She was the daughter of William Black and Rebeckah (?). Ann Black married James Cannon on 29 July 1790 at Mecklenburg Co, North Carolina.1 Ann Black died on 21 February 1851 at North Carolina at age 80.1 She was buried at Poplar Tent Presbyterian Cemetery, Concord, Cabarrus Co, North Carolina.1
