Joseph Charles Koch married Florence E. Tait, daughter of William E. Tait and Caroline (?), on 1 January 1895 at Boston, Suffolk Co, Massachusetts; Joseph was aged 24 and a printer, b. Brooklyn, New York, and Florence Tait was 21, b. England. The film this reader had seen about 2000 showed the month and day torn of the page. FamilySearch lists the date as 1 Jan.2,3 Joseph Charles Koch died on 13 June 1933 at Lexington, Middlesex Co, Massachusetts, at age 62; death certificate, Lexington MA VR. He was buried on 15 June 1933 at Everett, Middlesex Co, Massachusetts; Woodlawn Cemetery, Grave #594, Sec 2, Birchdale.
He lived in 1890 at Boston, Suffolk Co, Massachusetts.4 He appeared on the census of 20 April 1910 at 250 East Eagle Street, Boston, Suffolk Co, Massachusetts; Joseph Koch was listed as born NY, being married 15 years. He and Florence had had four children, but only two then living. Those two were living with them at that time: August W., 12 and Edith M., 6. His parents were both listed as: Prussia-German. He was employed as a press-feeder in book printing.5 He appeared on the census of 14 January 1920 at 35 Ocean Street, Quincy, Norfolk Co, Massachusetts; Joseph C. Koch, 49, Florence J., 47, August W., 22 and Edith M., 16 were listed.6
