Philip Otto Koch was born circa 1872 at New York.¹ He was the son of Paul A. Koch and Rosina Beck. Philip Otto Koch died on 23 July 1874 at 193 Everett, E. Boston, Suffolk Co, Massachusetts; Little "Otto" was only 1 year, 8 mos old. He had died from dropsey after a duration of 14 days.¹
