     Margreth Burns was born in 1743 at Albany, Albany Co, New York.2,1 She was the daughter of Samuel Burns and Magdalena Pruyn.1 Margreth Burns married Karl Theobald Derick, son of Coonradt Derick and Elisabetha Catherina Müller, on 17 January 1767 at Albany Reformed Church.3 Margreth Burns died on 24 December 1819 at Rensselaer Co, New York.2 She was buried at Derrick Cemetery, Brunswick, Rensselaer Co, New York.1
