Philip Derick Jr was born on 16 October 1776 at Brunswick, Rensselaer Co, New York. He was the son of Philip Derick and Anna Maria Brust. Philip Derick Jr married Barbara Young, daughter of Jacob Young and Catherina Brust. Philip Derick Jr married Sarah Lea on 10 October 1837 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.¹ Philip Derick Jr died on 13 June 1839 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec, at age 62.^1,2 He was buried on 15 June 1839 at 3rd Concession Cemetery, Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.^2,1
