     Carmen Oneta Covey was born on 19 April 1910 at Ellenburg, Clinton Co, New York.2,3 She was the daughter of Harland Covey and Della Rose Clark. Carmen Oneta Covey married Asel Scott Spoor, son of Byron Spoor and Mary Margaret Jane Willette, on 15 February 1928 at Altona, Clinton Co, New York.3 Carmen Oneta Covey died on 21 July 1986 at Ellenburg Depot, Clinton Co, New York, at age 76.2 She was buried on 24 July 1986 at Sheldon Cemetery, Ellenburg Depot, Clinton Co, New York.2
      Carmen Oneta Covey was also known as Neta C. Covey.
