Hannah A. Salls

     Hannah A. Salls was born circa 1808.¹ She was the daughter of John Salls and Sarah Crawford. Hannah A. Salls married Benjamin Tryon, son of David Tryon and Elizabeth Lewis, on 9 March 1828 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.² Hannah A. Salls died on 19 August 1861 at Stockholm, St Lawrence Co, New York; gravestone, aged 53 yrs. She was buried at Brookdale Cemetery, Lot 91, Section B, Row 5, Brookdale, St Lawrence Co, New York; "Death to her, hath no sting. The grave shall give no victory for she sleeps in Jesus. Here sweet be thy rest, till He bids thee to arise, to hail him in triumph decending the skies."¹
