Sarah Covey

     Sarah Covey was born on 9 September 1866 at Canada; The 1880 census indicates Sarah was born in Michigan, but her death record lists Canada.^2,1 She was the daughter of Abram Covey and Mary Mitchell.¹ Sarah Covey died on 7 August 1905 at South Haven, Van Buren Co, Michigan, at age 38; Sarah was 37-10-28 when she died from an accidental gasoline explosion. She lived only 9 hours following the accident. She had been married 20 years and had two children, both who were living at the time of her death. Informant was Daniel Covey.² She was buried on 8 August 1905 at South Haven, Van Buren Co, Michigan.²
