Franklin Ware was born on 21 August 1832 at Franklin Co, New York.1 He was the son of Ezra Ware and Elizabeth Salls. Franklin Ware died on 15 February 1913 at Robinson, Kansas, at age 80; "Franklin Ware came to Robinson in 1886 and in 1888 and was married to Mrs. Tina Allison of St. Joseph, Missouri. They have lived in Robinson since that time.
To them were born three children and
two of them, Miss Hazel and Martin,
with the mother survive him. Three
of Mrs. Ware's children by a former
marriage, Mrs. Alma Wares, of
Cherokee, Iowa; Mrs. Katie Story, of
St. Joseph, and Charles Allison, of
Robinson, are members of the family.
Mr. Ware was a member of the Baptist
church and at the time of his
death held a letter from that church.
Franklin Ware was the father of
Miss Jessie E. and Perley A. Ware
formerly of this village."1
To them were born three children and
