Harmon Augustus Covey was born on 28 September 1879 at Vermont.1,3 He was the son of Benjamin Reynolds Covey and Hannah Cook.1 Harmon Augustus Covey married Sarah J. Parker circa 1901 at Barton, Orleans Co, Vermont.3,4 Harmon Augustus Covey married Eva M. Nichols on 22 April 1914 at Grafton, Worcester Co, Massachusetts.5 Harmon Augustus Covey died in October 1970 at Massachusetts at age 91.6
He appeared on the census of 25 April 1910 at Tilton, Belknap Co, New Hampshire; Harmon A. Covey, 30, Sarah J., 32, both b. VT, married 9 years, no children. They had living with them a servant, Viola Gates, 17, Clara Comstock, 55, a lodger, and "Benjiman R.", 66, b. VT, parents both b. Canada.4 On 12 September 1918, When Harmon registered for the draft at Southbridge, Mass, he was residing 309 High Street, Webster, Massachusetts. He was an auto mechanic, employed by A.C. Jackson in Oxford, Massachusetts. His wife's name was given as Eva, and Harmon had blue eyes, and dark brown hair.2 He appeared on the census of 5 January 1920 at Webster, Worcester Co, Massachusetts; Enumerated as Herman Covey, 40, b. VT and wife Eva, 32, b. MA.7
