Alvira Bullis was born circa 1857 at Vermont. She was the daughter of Allen William Bullis and Matilda Prudence Scott.1 Alvira Bullis married Timothy Sias on 13 May 1876 at Newport, Orleans Co, Vermont.2 Alvira Bullis died on 2 July 1920 at Newport, Orleans Co, Vermont; The death certificate had the name as Lillian Sias.2
