     Eugene F. Salls was born circa 1859 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 He was the son of Franklin Benjamin Salls and Phoebe Melissa Wait.1 Eugene F. Salls married Hannah McDougall on 14 September 1889 at Lowell, Middlesex Co, Massachusetts.2,3 Eugene F. Salls died on 26 February 1893 at Stanstead, Stanstead Co, Quebec.4 He was buried on 28 February 1893 at Stanstead, Stanstead Co, Quebec.4
     He appeared on the census of 4 June 1880 at Milton, Norfolk Co, Massachusetts; Eugene Salls, 21, was a servant in the household of John Bates, listed as a farm laborer.5
