3 Caroline Phoebe Adams died on 30 December 1932 at
Winthrop Hotel, Winthrop, St Lawrence Co, New York; Carrie Tryon had been a member of the Brasher Methodist Church. After breaking her hip some years earlier, she lived a quiet life with her daughter, Cora and granddaughter, Mrs. Hazel Grant. Cora ran the Winthrop Hotel.
3 She was buried on 2 January 1933 at
Fort Jackson-Hopkinton Cemetery, St Lawrence Co, New York.
