     Edwin J. Chapman was born on 26 January 1861.2 He was the son of Edwin Chapman and Amelia (?).1 Edwin J. Chapman married Ida Mae Sunbury, daughter of Charles Sunbury and Olive Smith, on 13 May 1880 at Derby, Orleans Co, Vermont.1 Edwin J. Chapman died on 4 December 1915 at Quebec at age 54.2 He was buried at Crystal Lake Cemetery, Stanstead, Stanstead Co, Quebec.2
     He appeared on the census of 1901 at Stanstead Plain, Stanstead Co, Quebec; Edwin J. Chapman, 41, Ida M., 35, Carlos E., 17 and Chester H., 10.3
