Lena A. Salls

     Lena A. Salls was born on 6 June 1860 at Potsdam, St Lawrence Co, New York.¹ She was the daughter of Enoch Briggs Salls and Lovina C. Lillie. Lena A. Salls married Rev. James Dimond Corby on 4 October 1887 at Canton, St Lawrence Co, New York.² Lena A. Salls died on 29 May 1932 at Spokane, Washington, at age 71; "She would have been 72 years of age on the 6th of the present month...There were three sisters and two brothers in the Salls family, Mrs George Gay, Mrs. Frank McClusky, and Mrs. Corby, and David and Samuel Salls. The death of Mrs. Corby takes the last survivor of the family."¹ She was buried at Evergreen Cemetery, Canton, St Lawrence Co, New York.³
