     Thankful Nickerson was born on 26 March 1787 at Provincetown, Barnstable Co, Massachusetts.1 She was the daughter of Seth Nickerson and Isabella Eldridge. Thankful Nickerson married Orsamus Thomas in 1804.2 Thankful Nickerson filed a marriage intention to Orsamus Thomas on 24 June 1804 at Provincetown, Barnstable Co, Massachusetts.2 Thankful Nickerson died on 18 May 1873 at Provincetown, Barnstable Co, Massachusetts, at age 86.3
     In 1842, Thankful Thomas was noted to be of Boston, Massachusetts.4
