     Emily Scott was born circa 1828 at Farnham, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 She was the daughter of John Scott and Mary Buck. Emily Scott married Harley Sanderson Meigs on 6 June 1849 at Stanbridge Baptist Church, Stanbridge, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.2 Emily Scott died on 4 December 1891 at Brome Co, Quebec.3 She was buried at Mansonville Protestant Cemetery, Mansonville, Brome Co, Quebec.3
