     Samuel Miller Telfer was born circa 1888 at Scotland.2 He married Florence Brown, daughter of James Harvey Brown and Rachel Campbell Howard, on 19 September 1914 at Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick.1 Samuel Miller Telfer died after 1953 at probably Montreal, Montreal Co, Quebec.
     He appeared on the census of 1921 at 59 Wright Street, Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick; Samuel Telfer, 33, Florence, 31, James, 5 and David, 1 1/2.3
