Lydia Jane Hoose was born on 2 August 1810 at Caldwell's Manor, (now Missisquoi Co), Quebec. She was the daughter of Henry Hoose and Deborah Manning. Lydia Jane Hoose was baptized on 22 October 1815 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.¹ She married Lobina Bull Patterson, son of John Patterson and Sally (?), circa 1830. Lydia Jane Hoose died circa 1847 at Bangor, Franklin Co, New York.
